Tiger Brewery Field Trip 2019


In May 2019, Faculty of Airline Services made their third visit to Tiger Brewery in Singapore. Our students were able to gain insights of the brewing process including hands-on experience of the malting, milling, mashing, boiling, cooling, fermentation, conditioning and packaging process of the tiger beer production itself. The students get to enjoy the beer in the pouring session where they learned some techniques and skills to pour a perfect beer which will affect the taste of the beer.
